Job summary

HireQuest is seeking a motivated Selling Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham branch and drive business growth throughout the local market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys sales, recruiting, customer relationships, and running a branch operation.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, overseeing recruiting and staffing operations, and leading the branch toward its revenue and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or branch management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and generate revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Commission and bonus-based compensation structure is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
• Identify staffing opportunities and develop new client accounts.
• Manage the full branch operation including recruiting, staffing, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and place candidates into assignments.
• Lead and motivate branch employees to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Monitor branch performance, revenue, and profitability.
