Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related leadership experience.
• Proven leadership with track record of results.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle concrete variables.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Experience with lean operating systems and continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive site‑level lean management with daily performance huddles, Gemba walks and leader standard work.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and implement process and organizational improvements with central support resources.
• Grow business through management of parts, service and rental to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Administer safety policies and training and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Recruit, interview and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals and career development.
• Maintain strong customer relations and conduct quarterly stewardship meetings with top accounts.
• Review receivables and collaborate with after‑market sales to meet growth targets.
• Up to 15% travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
