Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our business units. This hands-on role manages Recruiting/HR processes and directs recruitment and sales efforts for the branch, delivering staffing solutions for clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will mentor recruiters, cultivate client relationships, and drive branch growth in a fast-paced market through effective strategy, coaching, and collaboration with nationwide teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing recruiters.
• Proven track record in staffing programs and sales.
• Professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to present information at all levels of an organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS/CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Management of day-to-day Recruiter efforts.
• Collaborate with teammates to produce effective sales and recruiting strategies.
• Coach and mentor teammates.
• Build your branch by cultivating existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities in the local market.
• Perform customer service and sales activities to increase branch revenue/profitability.
• Create opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Positively impact clients and candidates.
