Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Falmouth, MA. The Sales Staff member will greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, understand their needs, and guide them through the selection of new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. The role includes explaining vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, preparing price quotes, and supporting customers through financing and purchase documentation. Daily responsibilities also involve following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, coordinating with service and finance teams, and helping to keep the sales area organized and presentable. Sales Staff are expected to meet individual and team sales goals while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers.
• Sales skills including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques, preferably in automotive or retail environments.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using dealership or CRM software for lead management, documentation, and reporting.
• Solid product-learning aptitude, with willingness to develop detailed knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles and features.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and ability to conduct customer test drives.
