Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email.

• Manage product complaints and collect all necessary information for resolution.
• Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and within the required processes.
• Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels.
• Follow established quality standards, consumer safety requirements and GDPR procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador during customer interactions.
• Identify and include appropriate sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
• Share recurring customer issues and insights to support continuous improvement.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: remote, Bulgaria (after initial one week training in Varna office)

Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email

REQUIREMENTS:

• German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B1 level
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Customer service, technical support or call centre experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle complaints professionally
• Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
• Comfortable working with customer service systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• EU citizenship or appropriate eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
