Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French and English Speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Bulgaria. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely solutions and a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).

• Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria.
