Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess project needs, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions throughout the store and garden center, delivering helpful, proactive service.

You will become a product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing options, close sales, and support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while building lasting customer relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-service experience with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, with assistance if needed.
• Able to obtain any sales-related licensure or registration if required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by assessing customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-ups.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Train associates on product knowledge and processes.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
