Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Prescott, AZ. You will welcome customers, help them locate products for home improvement, and process purchases with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with training or assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
