Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive adoption of Lakebase and its fully managed Postgres offering for intelligent applications. You will partner with regional Account Executives to identify opportunities, articulate value, and close complex deals with platform, data, and application teams.

In this high-impact role, you will run multi-stakeholder sales cycles, orchestrate proofs-of-value, and position Lakebase as the preferred OLTP solution for AI-native workloads.

Competenze

• Enterprise sales experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business buyers.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native services.
• Ability to sell to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading specialist or overlay motions alongside core account executives.
• Executive presence for C-level conversations and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Mansioni

• Drive Lakebase revenue by identifying, qualifying, and activating Lakebase within a defined territory with regional AEs.
• Lead with outcomes for platform, data, and developer personas and articulate business value.
• Sell fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications and manage complex sales cycles.
• Coordinate proof-of-value, POCs, and competitive positioning with partners and solution architects.
• Enable field teams with messaging and playbooks to scale Lakebase adoption.
