Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based at AM Ford in Jefferson, OH. The Sales Specialist is responsible for greeting and engaging customers, identifying their vehicle needs, and presenting suitable options from the dealership’s inventory. Daily activities include conducting test drives, explaining features and benefits, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through financing and purchase processes in a clear, ethical manner. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads and existing customers, updating CRM records, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets. The Sales Specialist will participate in ongoing training and support dealership promotions and events to enhance customer traffic and satisfaction.
