Hilton Atlanta and Towers is seeking a Sales Site Coordinator. Located in downtown Atlanta, Hilton Atlanta and Towers is a premier luxury hotel known for its iconic event spaces and award-winning hospitality, offering a dynamic environment for guests and team members alike.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, hotel experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Shift Pattern and Compensation

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Sales Site Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Director and Managers of Sales and Marketing, including:

  • Word processing, typing, and email management
  • Filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence
  • Answering phones and assisting with inquiries
  • Conducting site inspections for sales managers
  • Making travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Taking notes or dictation during meetings
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Performing general office duties to ensure smooth operations
