What will I be doing? As a Sales Site Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Director and Managers of Sales and Marketing. Your role will involve:

  • Word processing, typing, and email management
  • Filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with general office inquiries
  • Conducting site inspections on behalf of sales managers
  • Making travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Taking notes and/or dictation during meetings
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Performing other general office duties to ensure smooth operations of the Sales and Marketing department
