Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Roseville, CA, is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club’s sales and service teams and deliver a best-in-class member experience. You will drive new member sales, training, and coaching while aligning with club targets and brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership excellence, customer engagement, and collaboration with the GM to grow membership, fitness revenue, and retail services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR and AED from an approved organization required.
• 1–2 years of service sales management experience preferred; fitness industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales and Service team members to deliver member-focused experiences.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS fitness packages, retail and club offerings to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with GM to maintain a best-in-class member experience and achieve financial goals.
• Oversee club staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and club targets.
