Job summary

• Leads sales & service to meet member goals across memberships, fitness, and retail.
• Develops business plans and reviews weekly sales numbers with GM.
• Sets monthly/weekly/daily sales goals and coordinates local club marketing.
• Generates new business through lead management and campaigns.
• Ensures on-boarding of new members and maintains a member-centric environment.
