Job summary

ALO in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the Sales & Service team and elevate guest experience in-store. The role focuses on closing sales opportunities, coaching staff, and maintaining client relationships to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with GM to improve processes.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers daily.
• Ensure adequate sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with General Manager to implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM and partners.
• Monitor budget, reporting, and key metrics to inform planning.
• Lead talent development and succession planning while maintaining brand culture.
