Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead store operations, elevate guest experience, and drive sales performance. This role reports to the General Manager and guides the Sales & Service team through coaching, scheduling, and strategic initiatives on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes partnership with leadership, talent development, and delivering a consistent brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment in Schaumburg, IL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic with accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
