Qualifications

• Coordinates with Assistant Branch Manager to track and follow up on transaction processing errors.
• Follows bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Opens basic new accounts efficiently and accurately.
• Oversees teller line operations with emphasis on customer service.
• Performs audits of cash drawers and related logs to ensure policy compliance.
• Balances ATM daily and manages vault cash under dual control.
• Uses sales techniques to match customer needs with bank products and services.
• Willing to work at other branch locations as needed.
