Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Fontana, CA is seeking a Sales Service Coordinator to support the HIW Sales function for Home Depot and Lowe's. This full-time, non-exempt role partners with sales and purchasing teams to manage orders, pricing, and inquiries.

You will work closely with customers and vendors, audit orders, and use SAP/ASCEND tools to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The position emphasizes customer relationships and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone etiquette.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, ASCEND and other customer service tools with strong proficiency in Office, Excel, Word, and web-based programs.
• Proven ability to multi-task, manage data accurately and maintain customer relationships across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and purchasing teams with order entry, product availability inquiries, and customer service requests.
• Audit and ensure orders are priced, entered, shipped and invoiced accurately and timely.
• Promote full product range and assist with promotions, pricing changes, and customer communications.
• Train and mentor less senior CSRs and develop training materials when needed.
