Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Tacoma, WA is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Customer Service Representative to support West Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii markets from our Tacoma distribution centers. You will handle order entry and service, ensure pricing accuracy, timely shipping, and invoicing.

You will use SAP and other customer-service tools, build strong relationships with customers, promote our product range, and work with the sales team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in customer service or sales support in building products.
• Experience with SAP and order entry workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and assist sellers with order file management in SAP.
• Serve as primary contact for customers; resolve issues promptly.
