What the role looks like:
  • Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services
  • Offer upsell opportunities when applicable
  • Work within the dedicated territory for clients
  • Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of products to enhance customer experience, establish optimal usage behaviors, and accelerate time to value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes and systems, achieving a superior customer experience
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure timely data capture
  • This is a WFH position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
Your Profile:
  • Fluent in French and English — both written and spoken
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Proven success in achieving individual and team sales quotas/goals
  • Effective communication skills for fast-paced environments and positive customer relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
  • Aptitude for learning and optimizing new technology and data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
