Compensation Range: Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description
  • We help protect families financially in critical illness or death.
  • Our work is vital to the families we serve, who request information about our programs.
  • We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.
Duties
  • Follow up with responders sent into our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments.
  • Meet with families via in person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your metrics to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Our reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
  • This is a 100% commission, independent contractor, 1099 sales role.

Qualifications
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphones, computers, or tablets.
  • Must have a cell phone and a device with a webcam.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
