  • Have experience working in a target-based environment and a track record of success

  • Be able to connect with people on their level and discuss what matters to them

  • Possess a strong work ethic necessary for building a business

  • Have an understanding of the digital universe and its implications for business

  • Be a positive influence on your team

  • Be receptive to feedback, learn from it, and continuously improve

  • Hold a four-year degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited university

  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally
