Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Frontline Sales Representative in Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. If you are a licensed Florida real estate professional with proven sales experience, you will receive in-person training, AI-assisted sales tools, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to earn commissions.

Earn up to 18% commission, $15/hour training pay for the first 60 days, weekly commissions, and six-figure earning potential.

Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

Previous timeshare experience is not required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales.

Position Overview

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests, understand their vacation needs, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

Qualified guest presentations are provided — no cold calling or prospecting required.
