Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Frontline Sales Representative in Daytona Beach, FL. You will meet with qualified guests, present vacation ownership options, build value, handle objections, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, with in-person coaching and access to Hyperbound AI sales tools. A Florida Real Estate license is required, and top performers can earn six figures with weekly commissions and bonuses.

Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

Previous timeshare experience is not required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Earn up to 18% commission

$15/hour training pay for the first 60 days
