Job summary

Stratford Davis Staffing is seeking a motivated, on-site sales professional for our Springfield, MO office. You will build relationships with local business clients and present our product portfolio through consultative, solution-focused messaging, while targeting revenue milestones.

Coaching is provided from day one, with onboarding, mentorship, and clear paths to fast-track promotion in a positive, professional environment. Compensation is commission-based with milestone bonuses.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident spoken and written communication.
• Based in or around the Springfield, MO area.
• Motivated to launch a long-term sales path; previous sales background is a plus but not required.

• Setting: On-site / In-person in Springfield, MO
• Pay Model: Purely Commission-Based with additional milestone bonuses.
