Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to build a local book of business, meet clients face to face, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new teammates.

You will work as an independent contractor with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, plus comprehensive training and licensing reimbursement. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to groups and individuals.
• Ability to mentor teammates and transfer skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
