Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided).
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Independent contractor building own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
