Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to join as a full-time independent contractor in a local Texas territory. You will build your own book of business, present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees, and mentor new team members.

The role offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses with licensing reimbursement. A patient, coachable, and relationship-driven attitude will help you thrive in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role building your own book of business.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• In-person local territory sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
