Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional to serve the Des Moines market. You will build relationships with homeowners, generate new business, schedule inspections, and educate customers on restoration options and insurance claims.

This full-time, W-2 role offers weekly pay with uncapped commission and paid training. No roofing experience is required; training provides the tools and support to succeed across daytime, evening, and occasional weekend appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities.

Important:

This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.
