Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to build relationships with homeowners in the Des Moines area, perform property inspections, and present restoration solutions from first appointment through project completion.

No roofing experience required; paid training provided; unlimited earning potential with weekly pay and uncapped commission. Travel locally to customer appointments with training based at our Clive office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.

• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities.

This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.
