Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Project Consultant (Outside Sales) in Des Moines to drive growth through homeowner inspections and restoration solutions. You will manage the customer journey from inspection through completion, with emphasis on relationship-building and high service standards.

The role offers uncapped commission, weekly pay, and paid training, with full-time W-2 employment. Travel locally within the Des Moines market is required, and office-based training occurs at the Clive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Des Moines market.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work a Full-Time schedule (W-2).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and inspect properties for storm damage.
• Provide restoration solutions and guide customers from inspection to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities.

Important: This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Des Moines market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do
