Weed Man is hiring a Remote Sales Rep to drive inbound and outbound sales from home in the United States. You will work with warm leads, introduce Weed Man programs, and earn a base hourly wage plus unlimited commissions and quarterly bonuses. Paid training and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (with some spring Saturday overtime) are provided.

What We Expect:

Technical Requirements:

• No MacBooks and No Chromebooks (Programs we use don't work with MacBooks)
• Processor needs to be ~2Ghz (4 core - 4 thread)
• 8GB RAM (16GB Preferred)
• Internet must be fiber/cable based, NO Starlink, T-Mobile, AT&T Wirless, personal hotspot, etc.
• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $14/hour, commission, and quarterly bonus (UNCAPPED)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred)Make outbound calls to warm leads
• No cold calling - all leads provided
• Introduce customers to our programs & services
• Paid training to help you succeed
