Job summary

Weed Man is hiring a Remote Sales Rep in the United States. Expect a base wage of $14 per hour plus commissions and quarterly bonuses, with annual earnings targeting $40,000–$55,000+ depending on performance. Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls year-round.
• Introduce customers to Weed Man programs and services.
• Participate in paid training to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday overtime in spring.

Technical Requirements:

• No MacBooks and No Chromebooks (Programs we use don't work with MacBooks)
• Processor needs to be ~2Ghz (4 core - 4 thread)
• 8GB RAM (16GB Preferred)
• Internet must be fiber/cable based, NO Starlink, T-Mobile, AT&T Wirless, personal hotspot, etc.
• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $14/hour, commission, and quarterly bonus (UNCAPPED)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred)
