Weed Man is hiring a Remote Sales Rep in the United States. Earn a base wage of $14/hour with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive training and benefits. Work from home with provided warm leads and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, expanding your career in eco-friendly lawn care and customer service.

No cold calling; inbound/outbound calls and telemarketing experience are preferred. Fiber/cable internet required; some spring Saturday overtime may apply.

Qualificações

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of telemarketing experience preferred.
• Inbound/outbound sales experience beneficial.
• No cold calling; leads provided to you.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Introduce customers to Weed Man programs and services.
• Participate in paid training to drive success.
• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday overtime in spring.

What We Expect:

Technical Requirements:

• No MacBooks and No Chromebooks (Programs we use don't work with MacBooks)
• Processor needs to be ~2Ghz (4 core - 4 thread)
• 8GB RAM (16GB Preferred)
• Internet must be fiber/cable based, NO Starlink, T-Mobile, AT&T Wirless, personal hotspot, etc.
• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $14/hour, commission, and quarterly bonus (UNCAPPED)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred)
