Job summary

Exploria Resorts in the Pocono Mountains is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to conduct face-to-face presentations at our Poconos Mountain Villas location. You will present the Exploria Resorts experience, offer options to members, and close deals with proactive closing techniques.

Qualifications

• Real estate license is required.
• Face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
• Outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Polished and professional appearance.
• Must convey information clearly, both oral and written.
• Must evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Must listen effectively to concerns of guests and team members.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer and sell Exploria Resort experience to our guests.
• Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members.
• Show the advantage of becoming the Club Exploria Owner.
• Build rapport and trust with guests and the company.
• Discover needs and interests of guests and overcome objections.
• Follow front-line sales process to execute a sales presentation.
• Display professionalism and a positive attitude.
• All other duties assigned by management.

Find commonality with prospective owners and communicate the benefits of traveling with Exploria Resorts. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
