Job summary

Exploria Resorts is seeking a Sales Representative to conduct face-to-face presentations at the Summer Bay Orlando sales center in Clermont, FL. You will engage potential buyers, present the Exploria Resorts experience, and close sales using provided leads and a proven sales process.

Earn 8%–10% uncapped commission with a W-2 employment model and full benefits. Florida Real Estate licensing is preferred, and extensive on-site training and a real estate course are provided, with exclusive luxury

Qualifications

• Professional work ethic, high-energy, and positive attitude.
• Prior face-to-face sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1+ years in vacation ownership sales or marketing a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Polished and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle unique and challenging situations.
• Clear, effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Offer and sell the Exploria Resorts experience to guests.
• Present sales options and explain benefits of Club Exploria Ownership.
• Showcase advantages of becoming a Club Exploria Owner.
• Build rapport and trust with guests and team members.
• Identify guest needs and overcome objections to meet sales standards.
• Follow Exploria Resorts’ sales process to close deals.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
