Job summary

Exploria Resorts is seeking an In-House Sales Representative in Florida to service members, update memberships, and present vacation ownership options. You will discover needs, present compelling club Exploria products, and guide owners toward upgrading their membership with Exploria LLC.

This full-time role rewards through an 8–10% uncapped commission plan, includes full benefits, and requires weekend/holiday availability in a vibrant resort environment.

Qualifications

• FL Real Estate License is required.
• 2 years of In-House Timeshare Sales experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Disclose Owner needs and present Club Exploria products to create a sale.
• Conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners.
• Meet and exceed in-house sales goals using the established process.
