Bartlett Roofing in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join a fast-growing team. You will identify leads, meet homeowners, and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to closing, all while building rewarding, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience in relevant industries preferred.
• SDR/BDR/inside or outside sales background is valuable.
• Retail, customer service, hospitality experience welcome.
• Construction, project management, or trades exposure is a plus.
• Real estate, mortgage, or insurance background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
