Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking motivated sales professionals in Kennesaw, GA to join a fast-growing team. You will identify leads, knock on doors, and manage the entire sales cycle from inspection to closing, while helping homeowners navigate insurance restoration and roofing projects.

Ideal candidates are competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors with a strong drive for performance-based income. Training and clear growth paths are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM.
