Farmers Insurance – The Ryan Ganser Agency in Mokena, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll work with provided leads, earn base salary plus commissions, and receive paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Initially training in New Lenox, then moving to the Mokena location after a few months. No insurance experience required — licensing support and career advancement opportunities are included.

You will work and train in New Lenox, then after a few months, move to the Mokena location!

Licensing Required — We’ll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don’t have your license yet? We’ll pay for your pre‑licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you’ll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
