Job summary

Farmers Insurance – The Ryan Ganser Agency in Mokena, IL is seeking a motivated, goal‑oriented Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support.

You’ll start in New Lenox and transition to the Mokena location as you grow. You’ll follow up with leads, build client relationships, and identify insurance needs to close sales.

Qualifications

• Illinois Property & Casualty license is required before starting.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of start.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will work and train in New Lenox, then after a few months, move to the Mokena location!

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
