Farmers Insurance – The Ryan Ganser Agency in Mokena, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative. You will work with provided leads, build client relationships, and recommend insurance solutions while earning base salary plus commission.

Training is provided, pre-licensing costs are paid, and ongoing coaching supports your growth. You’ll start in New Lenox and move to Mokena after a few months, with PTO and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Licensing required — We'll help you get there (Illinois P&C license required; pre-licensing paid; Life & Health license within 60 days).

We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will work and train in New Lenox, then after a few months, move to the Mokena location!

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
