Farmers Insurance - The Catherine Hildner Agency in Naperville, IL is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

In this role you will follow up with leads, build client relationships, assess insurance needs, and close sales to meet goals. Licensing assistance is offered, with Life & Health licensing within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Illinois Property & Casualty before start; we cover pre-licensing costs.
• Life & Health licensing within 60 days after starting.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Licensing Required - We'll Help You Get There

An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.

Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
