Job summary

Sears Home Improvement in Wisconsin is seeking energetic outside sales professionals to capitalize on pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested estimates on home remodeling products.

This commission-based role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training opportunities, and a company-issued laptop to support your sales efforts. You will need a valid driver’s license, be able to lift samples up to 40 lbs, and work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and carry required automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from pre-set appointments and close business.
• Represent Sears Home Improvement to residential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in training opportunities.
• Utilize company laptop and design software for proposals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
