Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking energetic, money-motivated outside sales candidates for a commission-based role serving residential customers in Memphis. The position offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments for home remodeling product estimates, growth opportunities, and ongoing training.

A laptop is provided to support design work and sales activities; you will be expected to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays.
• Ability to lift sample cases (5–40 lbs).
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from residential customers through pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments.
• Promote remodeling products and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and meet reasonable quotas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
