Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for an outside sales opportunity with Sears Home Improvement. This commission-based position offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5 day week including Saturdays and flexible hours.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales role focused on pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
