Job summary

Sears Home Improvement seeks energetic, money-motivated outside sales professionals for a commission-based role. You will receive pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested estimates and will earn incentive bonuses based on sales performance.

The position includes a company-issued laptop, ongoing training, growth opportunities, and the chance to advance within a large national retailer.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required auto insurance.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a 5 day week including Saturdays; flexibility for afternoons/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell home remodeling products to residential customers.
• Manage pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments and follow up with customers.
• Prospect, present and close sales opportunities with commission-based compensation.
• Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for outside sales opportunity.

This commission based position offers:

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
