Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking energetic, money-motivated candidates for an outside sales role with Sears Home Improvement. This commission-based position offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested estimates on home remodeling products.

You will earn commissions with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a company-issued laptop with design software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Willingness to work a 5 day week including Saturdays; flexible to afternoons/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell home improvement products to residential customers.
• Manage pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
• Use provided laptop with design software for quotes and planning.
• Build relationships with customers for repeat business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
