Job summary

Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for outside sales in Phoenix. This commission-based role offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products.

You will earn by closing deals, with opportunities for growth and advancement; company issues laptop and provides ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be computer proficient.
• Must have valid drivers license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• 5 day work week including Saturdays; flexibility to work afternoon/evening/weekend hours.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell home remodeling products to residential customers.
• Meet with customers during assigned appointments and present estimates.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

This commission based position offers:

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
