Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking energetic outside sales candidates in Houston, TX. This commission-based role offers pre-set appointments from residential customers who requested estimates on home remodeling products.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining client relations, and seizing growth opportunities. Laptops and ongoing training are provided; weekend availability is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs., depending on product sample.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to work a 5 day week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales to residential customers for home remodeling products.
• Sell based on pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments from customers.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to drive commissions.
• Adapt to seasonal demand and flexible scheduling as needed.

Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for outside sales opportunity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
2. This position requires the ability to lift sample cases. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40 lbs., depending on the product sample case; weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
3. Must be computer proficient.
4. Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
5. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
